You are free to return you shoes for up to 14 days after receiving them. Returns are also accepted during sales or other promotions unless explicitly described.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging. Please do not tape the shoebox as that will damage the box when we need to remove it.
To complete your return, please fill out the shipment note, which you will find at the bottom of your shipping note. Place the form in the package and we will refund as soon as possible after receiving them.
Items returned after 14 days will, if accepted, have a minimum of 80DKK/€20/£20 subtracted from the refund.
Sending an item back:
We offer a paid return solution for EU countries. You can create your own return label on the UPS tracking page. You are still responsible of the return costs and in some instances it is cheaper for your to send with your national postal service. If you use our service we are responsible for your shipment when you have given it to the courier. If you ship by yourself you are responsible till we have signed for it in Denmark.
Outside of EU:
You are responsible for return costs but we do also offer a paid return solution for Switzerland and Norway. Please write us if you need a return label and/or instructions.
Please make sure to mark the return parcel as a return along with the cost of the items for custom clearance. If you have any questions please write us at: email@example.com.
When arranging your own shipping we suggest that you as a minimum use a traceable shipping service and consider purchasing a shipping insurance in order to ensure coverage in case the shipment is lost or damaged on the way back to us.
If you need to change to another size please purchase the item that you want and send the other item back to us.
