When you are shopping with us you are automatically accepting our sales conditions below. This is why we advise you to thoroughly read through all of the below mentioned terms and conditions before you order on www.emmago.com

MISCELLANEOUS
We send all merchandise as packages by DHL, TNT or other express courier, which makes it possible to track them in case of problems. During shipment the package is insured and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to the courier immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return the merchandise to us. EMMA GO is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged during transportation if you have not advised the courier. We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Should there be delays with the courier EMMA GO cannot be held liable.
All orders are shipped from SPAIN unless advised otherwise. Goods to most EU countries as well as US and Canada will take 2-5 days to arrive depending on exact destination.
We cannot send any packages as a gift to non-EU countries in order to circumvent local taxes and duties.
Regular service outside of Europe is app. 3-5 business days.

The shipment expense differs from country to country. Your shipment expense will be visible during check-out. If your country is not showing or you have any problems figuring out your shipment costs you are more than welcome to contact our Customer Service at shop@emmago.com or call + 45 35 859 859

NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
All merchandise supplied is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. EMMA GO does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
In case an item is sold out you may contact us at: shop@emmago.com. We will inform you if we can re-order the item and put your name on a waiting list, or maybe help you find a similar item.

PAYMENT METHODS
EMMA GO accepts the following credit cards: Dankort,VISA/Dankort, EURO/MASTERCARD, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and VISA/Electron.The amount will not be drawn from your card before the merchandise leaves our stock. Transaction fees shall not exceed those of the Nets / Teller fixed fees. All prices are indicated in EUR (Euro) and a 25% sales tax/VAT is included, unless the package is being send outside the EU. Please see below under the section CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX/VAT.

SECURITY
EMMA GO is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is gathered securely through the SSL (SecureSockets Layer). A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the Internet. Only PBS (your bank) has access to your information. At EMMA GO we guarantee the information you enter will NOT be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.

CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX /VAT
If your order is placed from an EU country you will have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT but no customs fee. This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If, however, your order is placed outside the EU you will not have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT but you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. EMMA GO is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

CONSUMER PROTECTION
EMMA GO operate strictly under the current laws, rules, and regulations, sat forth by the Danish Consumer Department. Any disputes shall be settled under Danish law and by the juridical system in Denmark.
