Refund policy

RETURNS:

We are happy to accept exchanges and returns.

All we ask is that you return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

Please mark the parcel with your 4 digit order number (#XXXX) when you return it.

We are unable to accept items that have been worn, altered or otherwise used. The products must also be in the original packaging and the packing must be intact. When our warehouse have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your credit card used to purchase them.

You are responsible for the return expenses and please remember to insure the shipment as EMMA GO cannot be held liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.

GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item from EMMA GO as a gift you do not want, you can return it and exchange for another item of the same value pr in store credit valid for 1 year. We cannot return any money as only the credit card used to purchase the item(s) can be credited. Please send an e-mail at shop@emmago.com
